Tuoyo Mayuku is still maintaining her lead. She beat the defending champion Dennis Ikekeregor by 434 to 323 points. Her cascade of simple bingos: SNAILIER, ALIENERS and RAINIEST left the defending champion trailing till the game ended! Femi Awowade of Nigeria also cruised to victory in his game with Samson Asare of Ghana despite having to pack his non-word BEPRIEST off the board.
